KB HISTORY in PHILLY

Maxbells orginated in Philadelphia in 2000. It was the first kettlebell gym in the nation.Master instructor, John Disimone, was one of the founding members and has been teaching and certifying people in this kettlebell system since 2000.

Sports Dietitian + Kettlebell Trainer

The "Boss" was introduced to kettlebells in 2010 and immediately fell in love with it's effectiveness and versatility. After implementing kettlebells as a staple in her cross-training as an athlete, she began teaching and has taught both group and 1:1 kettlebell sessions. When she's not in the gym, she spends her time coaching nutrition to female athletes as a Sports-focused Dietitian.
